If the device does not start, connect the power plug correctly, check whether the socket is powered or check whether the on/off switch is on.
Check if the flexible hose, extension tube or any accessories are clogged when suction is low, and remove and clean the filters
If the engine is loud, stop it immediately, check whether the hose, pipe or one of the accessories is blocked, remove the blocking, if the noise persists, turn off the device and unplug the power plug and contact customer service.
Troubleshooting tip: switch to another good socket; There is some dust getting into the motor. Please remove the hose to check whether the motor works or not, and clean or remove the dust from the hose. Clean the HEPA connector after each use. If the dust cannot be completely removed, please replace it with a new HEPA connector
